Planning your wedding abroad, without you having to be there for every step of it.
Congratulations on your engagement — and how exciting that you're thinking of getting married abroad! It might feel like a daunting thing to plan from the UK, but I promise it's a decision you won't regret. You're combining the best day of your life with a holiday for everyone you love; it really doesn't get much better than that.
I plan and coordinate destination weddings for couples who want everything handled remotely — venue research, supplier coordination, travel logistics for guests, and design that works with wherever you've chosen to say "I do." You focus on choosing the destination; I'll handle everything that gets you there.

Planning a wedding in a country you don't live in comes with its own challenges — language barriers, unfamiliar suppliers, currency, logistics for your guests. I take all of that off your plate. I research and vet venues and vendors on your behalf, handle contracts and payments in the local currency where needed, and put together a full guest travel guide so no one turns up lost. You get to focus on saying yes to the details you actually care about.
Where We Plan
From the rolling hills of Tuscany to the Amalfi Coast and the lakes of Como and Garda — Italy offers incredible variety, and I love the challenge of matching a couple to the right region.
Whitewashed buildings, dramatic coastlines and islands like Santorini and Rhodes make for some of the most photogenic (and logistically rewarding) weddings I plan.
Valencia, Marbella and the Andalusian mountains all offer something different — vibrant culture, reliable weather, and venues that range from villas to grand estates.
Paris for a classic city wedding, the south of France for countryside romance, or a mountain wedding in the Alps — France covers every style a couple could want.
Castles, coastlines and a warmth to the hospitality that's hard to match — Ireland is becoming an increasingly popular choice for UK couples.
For couples who want something completely different — fjords, dramatic scenery and a quieter, more intimate kind of celebration.

There's something different about a destination wedding — the whole trip becomes part of the celebration, not just the day itself. I love the logistics side of it as much as the design side: working out how thirty guests get from the airport to a villa in the hills, coordinating with a local florist who doesn't speak much English, figuring out the backup plan if it rains on an outdoor ceremony halfway across Europe.
It's more work than a wedding closer to home, but it's also some of the most rewarding planning I do — because by the time the day arrives, all a couple has to think about is getting married.
Frequently Asked Questions
You can book a planner local to your destination, but working with someone in the UK means fewer language gaps, a shared understanding of what UK guests will expect, and the chance to meet in person multiple times before the wedding to plan everything properly.
Destination weddings are quoted individually, based on the country, the level of planning needed and how much travel is involved on my end. I'll give you a clear, itemised quote once I know more about your wedding.
For most destination weddings, yes — I like to visit at least once ahead of the day to meet suppliers in person and see the venue, and I'm on-site for the wedding itself wherever possible.
Yes — I put together a guest information pack covering travel options, recommended accommodation and a rough itinerary, so your guests aren't left figuring things out on their own.
Start with a free consultation so we can talk through the destination and what you're picturing. If it's a good fit, I'll send a proposal and booking form, with a deposit to secure the date.
Yes — my insurance covers me for work abroad, and I'm happy to share documentation ahead of the wedding.
This is exactly why you hire a planner rather than trying to coordinate everything yourself from a distance — I handle contracts, have backup options lined up, and I'm the one dealing with any last-minute issues, not you.
