A trusted photographer, briefed and booked for your day — one less thing on your list.
Choosing a wedding photographer can be one of the most overwhelming parts of planning — there are hundreds to choose from, everyone's portfolio looks beautiful, and it's genuinely hard to know who's actually right for your day.
As part of my planning and design packages, I take that decision off your hands. I work with a small, trusted network of photographers I know personally, match you with the right one for your style and venue, brief them on your day, and coordinate the shoot list so nothing important gets missed — from the family group shots to the quiet moments in between.

When photography is booked through HH Event Planner, I match you with a photographer from my trusted network based on your venue, budget and the style you're after — documentary, formal, or somewhere in between. I put together your shot list with you in advance, brief the photographer on timings and key family members, and stay on top of the schedule on the day so the photos happen exactly when they need to, without eating into your reception.
How We Choose
Documentary, editorial, classic and posed — every couple wants something different, and we match accordingly rather than pushing one house style.
A stunning portfolio means nothing if the photographer isn't professional, punctual and easy to work with under pressure — that matters just as much.
Country houses, marquees, cultural ceremonies — we consider who's actually shot in similar settings before, not just who has the nicest website.
You'll spend hours with your photographer on the day — we introduce you beforehand so you know it's someone you'll feel comfortable around.
We only work with photographers who have a clear, realistic turnaround for your gallery — no chasing for photos months after the wedding.
Every photographer we recommend carries public liability insurance and has a backup plan in place in case of illness or equipment failure.
How It Works
Frequently Asked Questions
No — I'm a wedding planner and designer. What I offer is matching you with a trusted photographer from my network and managing that whole process for you, so you don't have to sort through hundreds of portfolios on your own.
Of course — if you already have someone in mind, I'm happy to coordinate with them directly as part of your planning package. This service is for couples who'd rather not choose alone.
Photographer fees are paid directly to the photographer and vary by who you book, but my matching and coordination service is included as part of full planning packages, or available as an add-on to design-only or on-the-day packages.
That's completely fine — I'll still help brief them and build the shot list, and coordinate their schedule with the rest of your suppliers on the day.
Yes — many of the photographers I work with also offer videography, or I can recommend a videographer separately if you'd like the two handled by different people.
Good photographers get booked up quickly, especially for popular months — I'd recommend starting this conversation as soon as you've confirmed your venue and date.
